Accomplishments at Roy Miller included; Tawanka Y-Teens Club 1958 to 1960, Ann was President in 1960; Member of the famed Rally Club from 1958 to 1960 and as an Officer she was the Card Coordinator; Stunt Car Chairperson 1959-60’; Ann was a member of the Student Council in 1957-58 and again 1958-59

        

                                      

           

ANN PORTER PAYNE

Ann graduated from the University of Houston was employed at Sias International University in Beijing, China.  She and her husband, Allen have lived  in Kerrville, TX since 2012.
