HALL OF FAME
We
are forever indebted to our Veterans for it’s because of them that we can enjoy
our freedom. Most of our classmates were “chicanos” or black and came from not
very well to do families and could not afford to go to college, so they were
the main targets of the horrible “draft”. But they never refused, “no se
rajaron “, off they went while us back home kept them in our daily prayers.
Many made it back, many came back in bags but to us, they were our hero’s! I
love each and every one of you and try my best to keep up in your “ups” and
your “downs” but wrap you’ll in prayer always!! Thank You Bertha
